Program development data lives in one system, CDMO performance in another, quality events in a third. BioXion aggregates the signals across key development functions into one program view.
Swiss biopharma technology company
Helvetia Tech Solutions GmbH develops BioXion, an AI-powered biopharma development intelligence platform for pharmaceutical companies and CDMOs. HTS is also incubating FormulytiX as a separate future venture focused on formulation intelligence.
The problem
Critical scientific, analytical, quality, partner, regulatory and operational information still lives in separate teams and separate systems. Gaps surface late. Risks surface later. Programs lose time to information that already existed somewhere in the organisation.
BioXion is built to connect it.
BioXion
BioXion is an AI-powered biopharma development intelligence platform that connects development, analytical, quality, partner, regulatory, supply chain and operational information across the program lifecycle. It provides cross-module visibility, identifies development gaps and emerging risks, supports readiness assessment and regulatory alignment, and helps internal teams and external partners coordinate decisions.

Program development data lives in one system, CDMO performance in another, quality events in a third. BioXion aggregates the signals across key development functions into one program view.
02
By the time a signal reaches leadership it is usually already a problem. BioXion surfaces cross-functional risk while the window to act is still open.
03
BioXion is designed to connect relevant FDA, EMA and ICH regulatory intelligence with active programs and help teams identify potential alignment gaps earlier.
04
Rather than only reporting historical status, BioXion is designed to highlight emerging risks, cross-module dependencies and their potential impact on program readiness and timelines.
05
BioXion is deliberately positioned as a non-GxP decision-support layer. It can structure and connect program information without replacing the QMS, LIMS, ELN or other validated systems, and without becoming the regulated system of record.
Venture development
HTS is currently incubating FormulytiX, a formulation intelligence venture designed to bring scientific data, interpretable modelling and regulatory knowledge together earlier in formulation development.
FormulytiX is intended to be established as a separate company with its own financing, governance and corporate structure. It is not part of the BioXion commercial proposition.
Approach
We do not start with generic software features. We start with the scientific, operational and regulatory decisions biopharma teams need to make, the information they rely on, and the gaps that slow development.
BioXion is shaped around real industry workflows and developed with input from research, technology and industry partners. Separately, HTS is incubating FormulytiX as an independent future venture.
Beyond BioXion and its venture-development work, Helvetia Tech Solutions supports the product and technology development of IVF Companion, a digital healthcare platform led by Aleksandra Svonja.
Critical scientific, analytical, quality, partner, regulatory and operational information is still fragmented across teams and systems. I founded Helvetia Tech Solutions to build BioXion around the way biopharma development actually works — connecting the intelligence teams need before fragmented information becomes program risk.
Leadership
HTS combines deep biopharma domain expertise, product strategy and commercial leadership. The leadership team brings together scientific and industry context with the partnerships and market perspective required to bring BioXion into real organisations.

Biopharma leader with 15+ years of international industry experience across external quality, analytical systems, development operations and cross-functional program execution. Sinisa founded HTS and leads product strategy, BioXion development and long-term corporate direction. His ongoing PhD research in Medical Sciences — Pharmacy focuses on formulation of biologics and vaccines, including predictive stability assessment, molecular dynamics, protein–protein and protein–excipient interactions, lyophilisation, and formulation considerations for advanced delivery systems.

Biotech and pharma commercial leader with a medical and scientific research background. Alexandros’ doctoral work spans medicine, pathology and nuclear medicine, including research on the diagnostic and prognostic relevance of vitamin D in systemic disease and HPV in malignant melanoma. As Co-Founder & CBO, he leads go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, customer development and international business growth, connecting BioXion’s product proposition with industry needs, commercial opportunities and long-term market expansion.
Partnerships
We are open to discussions around BioXion pilots, design partnerships, technology collaboration and strategic investment. FormulytiX research and development discussions are handled separately as part of the venture incubation process.
